Sargam notations for the song – Wo rang bhi… Mere Naam Tu

Singer: Abhay Jodhpurkar
Music: Ajay-Atul
Lyricist: Irshad Kamil
Movie: Zero (2018)

Scale : A

This one is a terrific song to play on musical instruments.  Ajay-Atul’s music is simply fantabulous and Abhay Jodhpurkar has done full justice to this song with his melodious voice. Not for nothing did he won the Filmfare Award of Best Playback Singer for this song!

On flute, you must start the Mukhda of this song on high-octave Sa. Only then you’ll be able to pick up the right notes for the entire song.  Usage of Tivr Madhyam (M^) and Komal Dhaiwat (d) is quite prominent in these notations, so you must be well acquainted with these notes before attempting this song.  But nonetheless, once you start playing this song, then there is no looking back for sure.

Enjoy!
