Enrolment Contract
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between NotesAndSargam, an Artist Management venture under the laws of India, with its principal office located at 20, National Park, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi 110024 (“Notes And Sargam”), and the person, a musician (“Musician”), willing to enrol with Notes And Sargam to provide his/her musical services to be hired by the clients of Notes And Sargam on the following terms and conditions:
- SERVICES:
The Musician agrees to provide musical services to Notes and Sargam for events, programs, and occasions as per the requirements specified by Notes and Sargam. The services will include performance by the Musician.
- COMPENSATION:
In consideration for the services rendered by the Musician, Notes and Sargam agrees to pay the Musician a fee of 90% (Ninety percent) of the charges received from the client. In other words, Notes And Sargam will charge/keep an amount equivalent to 10% (Ten percent) of the charges paid by the client. Taxes applicable shall be borne by the Musician. Any additional expenses incurred by the Musician must be pre-approved by Notes and Sargam and will be reimbursed upon submission of valid receipts.
- OBLIGATIONS:
(a) The Musician agrees to be punctual for all scheduled performances and rehearsals.
(b) The Musician shall provide all necessary equipment and instruments required for the performance unless otherwise specified in writing by Notes and Sargam.
(c) The Musician agrees to dress in a professional manner appropriate for the nature of the event.
- OWNERSHIP OF RECORDINGS:
Any recordings, audio, or video, made during the performances arranged by Notes and Sargam shall be the property of Notes and Sargam, and the Musician agrees not to reproduce or distribute such recordings without the written consent of Notes and Sargam.
- TERMINATION:
Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice to the other party in case of a material breach of any terms or conditions outlined in this Agreement.
- CONFIDENTIALITY:
The Musician agrees not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the course of their engagement with Notes and Sargam.
- GOVERNING LAW:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delhi.
